Is a class of mixed training bikes where the member works both the aerobic and anaerobic system; 45 minutes of pure adrenaline. It is divided into three types:
- Fondo: training in your aerobic area, using fat as fuel, heart rate maximum 65-75%. It develops cardiorespiratory capacity, therefore helps to maintain a strong heart, improves physical condition and the metabolism is accelerated.
- Interval: training in intermittent ranges, ranging from the energy zone of BACKGROUND-FORCE-BACKGROUND-FORCE; the main objective is the development of a rapid recovery of considerable effort (strength) upon the return to the background energy zone. Heart rate 75% to 85%.
- Strength: training in an anaerobic zone that simulates a training in hills, against wind, etc. Heavy resistance to very heavy, training focused on muscle development. Maximum heart rate 85% to 95%.

CYCLING
It is a class of bicycles of mixed training where the members works, both the aerobic system and anaerobic; 45 minutes of pure adrenaline. It is divided into three types:
- Route: its main objective is to use fat as fuel, it works at a maximum heart rate between 65% to 75%, it is the ideal class for those who want to define and mark the body.
- Interval: is an intense class that aims to improve cardiovascular or aerobic resistance, working at a maximum heart rate of 75% to 85%.
- Mountain: it is a class of high heart rate intensity, maximum between 85% to 95%. It is worked outside the aerobic zone, therefore it is an anaerobic class that aims to work the strength of the lower limbs and the high resistance of the cardiovascular system.
